Do you provide medical advice?

No. As a certified menopause and wellness coach, I provide education, guidance, accountability, and evidence-informed lifestyle strategies to support your health. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or replace the care of your physician or other healthcare providers.
If you have concerns about your health, symptoms, or medications, I encourage you to consult your healthcare provider. When appropriate, I'm happy to help you prepare for appointments and support you in implementing your provider's recommendations.
Do you provide personal training?

My coaching includes guidance on strength training, movement, and building an exercise routine that fits your lifestyle. If you're looking for ongoing one-on-one personal training, I'm happy to refer you to a trusted trainer who can work alongside your wellness plan.
Where do coaching sessions take place?

Coaching is available in person in the Roanoke area or virtually by video, so you can choose the option that works best for your schedule and comfort. In-home coaching is available within the Roanoke area. A travel fee of $20+ may apply depending on location.
Is this coaching covered by insurance?

At this time, wellness coaching is not covered by insurance. However, many clients find that investing in coaching helps them develop lasting habits that improve their health, confidence, and overall well-being.
If you're working with a healthcare provider, I'm happy to collaborate with your care team to support your wellness goals. Coaching is designed to complement, not replace, medical care.
